Ashley S.

October 2016 Employee of the Month

Alabama One Credit Union (AOCU) is proud to announce Ashley S. as October’s Employee of the Month! Ashley has worked with AOCU since May 2013 and is currently a Collections Clerk for our Credit Union. The nominator states, “Ashley is the female version of ‘Dog the Bounty Hunter.’ She is very aggressive and diligent in her collection efforts, particularly when it involves fraudulent activity. She is willing to help other team members and is very eager to learn.” The nominator says that Ashley is always very patient with our members and is able to talk to them in a courteous manner. One of Ashley’s greatest strengths is her ability to notice training opportunities for our tellers. She is quick to share information with our team and equally as swift to show praise when a teller has made the right decision based on that training.” Ashley has participated in multiple credit union events, including Operation Credit Union Christmas, United Way, and Moola Moola. Ashley stated, “I’ve always wanted to be that person that makes a difference in something and I am thankful that Alabama One has given me that opportunity. Being able to educate others in fraud prevention gives me that drive to perform my job to the best of my ability! ”

Congratulations, Ashley!
