Sign-up for e-statements!

When you sign up for e-Statements, your statements are secure and easy to find. Receiving your statements digitally can help declutter your mailbox, countertop, and your life!

e-Statements eliminate the possibility of your statement, containing your account information, being misplaced, stolen through mail, or delivered to the wrong address.

Access your statements anywhere, any time you need them through Digital Banking with our Digital Banking App.

 

How do I sign up for e-Statements?

1. Log into Digital Banking and select “Statements / Documents” in the left nav menu.

2. Click “Get Code”.

3. This should open a new tab or window showing the code in a PDF.

4. Go back to Digital Banking, type the code, and click verify.

5. Click Close.

6. Select your preferred statement delivery. Accept the disclosure and click submit.

7. You’re good to go!

How do I view my e-Statements?
  1. Login to your Alabama ONE Digital Banking account, through your browser or the Alabama ONE Digital Banking app
  2. Choose “Menu” within your mobile app or use the navigation menu to choose “Member Services” then “e-Statements”
  3. Choose the account you want to view an e-Statement for
  4. A list of your e-Statements will show; choose the e-Statement you want to view by choosing “Account Statements” next to the corresponding date
  5. If you have a loan or mortgage with Alabama ONE, your account information will show on your checking and savings account statements. You will not receive a separate statement for your loan
How do I link an account in the e-Statement module?

For a member to see e-Statements for multiple accounts in the e-Statement Module, they will need to link the multiple accounts together. The member will need to login to their digital banking, click Member Services, and go to their e-Statements as they normally would. From there, the member will need to follow the below steps to link multiple accounts together.
