What kind of controls can I set, and what kind of alerts can I get for my Alabama ONE cards? - Card Management

Being able to control transactions and get alerts for your Alabama ONE cards can help you protect yourself against fraud, and help you manage your family’s finances better.

What is the difference between Disabling my card and reporting it as Lost or Stolen? - Card Management

Disabled will temporarily lock your card.  Use the temporary Disabled feature if you misplace your card, but you feel that you will find it.  Maybe you have misplaced it in your home or car, or maybe you know that you left it at a restaurant.  These would be reasons why you would want to place your card in a Disabled status.  If someone else does have your card and attempts to use it while it is Disabled, transactions will be declined.  If you do find your card a few hours or even days later, you can place your card back in an Enabled status, which unlocks the card and allows you to go back to using it normally.

Lost or Stolen will permanently deactivate your card.  This action cannot be undone and that card can never be used again.  Use this feature if you suspect your card was stolen, compromised, or if you lost it and have not been able to find it.  Once your card has been reported as Lost or Stolen, you will need to be issued a new card with a new number.  A new card can be requested within your e-ONE digital banking account, calling 800-225-0110, opt. 9, or by visiting your nearest branch and having a new card printed out in just a few minutes.

How can I start using the card management features? - Card Management

Once logged in to your e-ONE Digital Banking account, simply open the left navigation menu, tap the dropdown for Digital Banking, and then tap on “Card Management” to begin enrolling your card(s) and start setting up controls and alerts.

How long does it take for a card management control or alert setting to take effect? - Card Management

Control and alert settings take effect immediately.

Do I need to update controls and alerts within card management if my card gets replaced?

Yes. If you receive a new card you will need to enroll it in Card Management to add controls and alerts for this new card.

What if I do not see a credit card that I have within card management?

If you set alerts within card management and begin receiving duplicate alerts that possibly come at different times, login to your e-ONE Digital Banking account, click on Settings in the main menu, click on Alerts, review all of the Alerts that you have turned on, and turn off any that are no longer needed.

What if I am already receiving alerts that were setup outside of card management?

What if I do not see a credit card that I have?

Our credit card settings are slightly different than our debit card settings, therefore you may not see a credit card if you are the joint owner of the credit card account. In this case, the credit card should be viewable within the card management section of the credit card’s primary owner and controls and alerts can be managed there.
