e-Statements eliminate the possibility of your statement, containing your account information, being misplaced, stolen through mail, or delivered to the wrong address.

Accessible

Access your statements anywhere, any time you need them through Digital Banking with our
eONE Mobile App.

Sign Up for e-Statements:

  1. Login to your Alabama ONE Digital Banking account, through your browser or the Alabama ONE eONE mobile app

  2. Choose “Menu” within your mobile app or use the navigation menu to choose “Services” then “e-Statements”

  3. Choose the account you want to register for e-Statement

  4. You will be prompted to start the registration process. Choose “Register”

  5. Follow the instructions to complete the PDF Test Drive verification

  6. Enter your contact information as prompted and choose “Next” to receive a confirmation email

  7. Once you receive the email, click on the confirmation link

  8. Choose your e-Statement option and choose “Next”

  9. Read and agree to the User Agreement and choose “Finish”

Viewing e-Statements:

  1. Login to your Alabama ONE Digital Banking account, through your browser or the Alabama ONE eONE mobile app

  2. Choose “Menu” within your mobile app or use the navigation menu to choose “Services” then “e-Statements”

  3. Choose the account you want to view an e-Statement for

  4. A list of your e-Statements will show; choose the e-Statement you want to view by choosing “Account Statements” next to the corresponding date

  5. If you have a loan or mortgage with Alabama ONE, your account information will show on your checking and savings account statements. You will not receive a separate statement for your loan

*If Member is already receiving e-Statements they are not eligible for the $5.00. Members will receive a $5.00 credit to their primary Savings account after signing up to receive e-Statements. The $5.00 promotional offer will appear as a credit in the member’s primary Savings within 30 days from signing up for e-Statements. Receive notifications monthly to the email address associated with your retail digital banking account indicating your e-Statements are now available for viewing. Promotional offer limited to one (1) $5.00 credit per primary member. Subject to change or cancel without notice.
