Annual Meeting Notice
Notice of Nomination of Volunteer Officers
Our Annual Meeting has been scheduled for 4:00 pm on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at Bryant Conference Center.
We will also have the meeting virtually as a matter of convenience to our members across the state.
You will need to register in advance for the meeting if you plan to attend virtually.
Electing Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee Members
Three positions for the Board of Directors and one position on the Supervisory Committee are available for election this year. The secretary of the credit union shall ensure that nominations by petition, along with those of the Nominating Committee, are posted in a conspicuous public place in each credit union office at least 35 days before the annual meeting. There will be no nominations from the floor as the Nominating Committee provided nominees for each open position. In addition, there will be no election by ballot given there is only one nominee for each position to be filled.
Nominations by the Board
The Board appointed the Corporate Governance Committee to act as the Nominating Committee. The committee met on January 28, 2026. The committee nominated Tamika Alexander, Fred Braswell, and Lucy Sellers to serve a 3-year term on the Board of Directors and David Loe was nominated to serve a 3-year term on the Supervisory Committee.
